1946 Plans for Electricity on Farms NE of Sutton
This February 1946 item disclosed plans to bring an REA (Rural Electrification Administration) line from York to farms northeast of Sutton.
Our farm just two miles northwest of Sutton was hooked into the REA system in 1949.
