This house was the home of Dr. Asa in Ong, the long-time physician for the southeast corner of Clay County. Tom Sheridan moved the house to Sutton. It is the home of Rose and Butch Bauder today.

I have so many good memories growing up in this house! The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs, including a sun porch. The upstairs also has long Hallway and two huge walk in closets. The downstairs has a nice living room, dining room, and a big kitchen. When I was growing up we also used one of the downstairs rooms for our playroom. My mother had a sewing room. We would roller skate in our basement and play shuffleboard. We also had a ping pong table. I absolutely loved growing up in this house.

I remember the day this house was moved to Sutton. Mom & Dad brought us in to town to watch that large home move ever so slowly down main street. What a beautiful home Aunt Pat made it!
