The Hoerger House.

This house was included in the historical society's 2008 calendar "Sutton Historic Homes" quoted here:

"The Hoerger family owned this property through much of Sutton's history beginning in 1878. Frederick J. Hoerger was an early Sutton merchant in the hardware and furniture business. Mr. Hoerger may have built the house about 1905 and it was left to his wife Katherine upon his death in 1914 and to his daughter Minnie in 1932. This house is located at 411 N. Butler Avenue."
